Abstract

Z powierzchni ziemi lub z szybu transportowego do złoża łupków gazowych doprowadza się rurociąg poprzez który dostarcza się materiały zapłonowe do złoża celem zainicjowania zapłonu złoża a następnie do złoża doprowadza się ograniczoną ilość powietrza niezbędną do podtrzymania częściowego procesu spalania złoża. W procesie częściowego spalania złoża następuje również odparowanie węglowodorów znajdujących się w złożu w stanie ciekłym oraz zachodzi proces pirolizy podczas którego łupki gazowe złoża w stanie stałym są przetwarzane w lekkie węglowodory w stanie gazowym, olej syntetyczny oraz popiół. Powstałe substancje gazowe w procesie częściowego spalania złoża zwiększają ciśnienie mieszaniny gazów w złożu i ten wzrost ciśnienia jest wykorzystywany do odprowadzania ciekłych i gazowych produktów procesu z obszaru złoża.A pipeline is fed from the ground surface or from a transport shaft to a gas shale deposit through which the ignition materials are supplied to the bed to initiate ignition of the bed and then a limited amount of air is needed to support the bed partial combustion process. In the process of partial combustion of the bed, the hydrocarbons present in the bed are also evaporated in liquid state and a pyrolysis process occurs during which solid shale gas shales are converted into light gas, hydrocarbons, synthetic oil and ash. The resulting gaseous substances in the partial bed combustion process increase the pressure of the gas mixture in the bed and this pressure increase is used to remove liquid and gaseous process products from the bed area.
