Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest modułowy układ generujący energię elektryczną, przeznaczony dla urządzeń treningowych napędzanych siłą ludzkich mięśni, w szczególności dla rowerów treningowych. Modułowy układ generujący energię składa się z generatora synchronicznego sprzężonego z kołem zamachowym, wyjściowego układu prostownikowego, akumulatora, a także części silnoprądowej przekształtnika energoelektronicznego, cyfrowego układu sterowania i zabezpieczeń, układu monitorującego stan naładowania akumulatora, a także interfejsu użytkownika zaimplementowanego za pomocą panelu sterowania umożliwiającego konfigurację oraz monitoring parametrów całego systemu. Układ umożliwia korzystanie z urządzenia treningowego, w szczególności roweru treningowego, sprzężonego z generatorem synchronicznym, niezależnie od stanu naładowania podłączonego do niego akumulatora. Ponadto układ umożliwia pełną kontrolę wytwarzanej mocy poprzez dociążenie lub odciążenie użytkownika urządzenia treningowego, zarówno pracującego indywidualnie jak i połączonego z innymi urządzeniami w trybie pracy zespołowej, zachowując pełną i niezależną kontrolę każdego z nich.The subject of the invention is a modular system generating electric energy, intended for training devices driven by the strength of human muscles, in particular for exercise bikes. The modular energy generating system consists of a synchronous generator coupled to the flywheel, the rectifier output system, the battery, as well as the high-current part of the power electronics converter, the digital control and protection system, the battery charge monitoring system, as well as the user interface implemented via the control panel enabling configuration and monitoring the parameters of the entire system. The system allows the use of a training device, in particular a training bike, coupled with a synchronous generator, regardless of the state of charge of the connected battery. In addition, the system allows full control of the power produced by overloading or relieving the user of the training device, both working individually and connected to other devices in team mode, while maintaining full and independent control of each of them.
