Abstract

Uzdatnianie fosfogipsu surowego polega na wymieszaniu go z wapnem palonym w ilości 1,5% wag. w stosunku do masy fosfogipsu surowego i wygrzewaniu od temperatury otoczenia, utrzymując gradient temperatury 0,05 - 0,33 deg/s do usunięcia zawartości grup siarczanowych SO4-2 poniżej 0,23% wag., oznaczanych w temperaturze otoczenia dowolną metodą ilościową. The subject of the invention is a method for producing concealed and insulating layers, particularly applicable in construction. The method consists in preparing a mixture consisting of treated waste phosphogypsum in an amount of 8 - 15% by weight, fly ash in an amount of 12 - 20% by weight, and Portland cement in an amount of 35 - 50% by weight. and 30-40 wt. water. Raw phosphogypsum treatment consists in mixing it with quicklime in an amount of 1.5 wt. relative to the mass of raw phosphogypsum and soaking from ambient temperature, maintaining a temperature gradient of 0.05 - 0.33 deg / s to remove the content of SO4-2 sulfate groups below 0.23 wt.%, determined at ambient temperature by any quantitative method. The whole mixture is mixed and allowed to season at a temperature of 293 to 323 K. As the mixing water, magnetically treated water in an external constant magnetic field with an induction in the range of up to 1.2 T is used, preferably during 0.5 hour.
