Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest generator wodorotlenowy w zabudowie monolitycznej wytwarzający wodór i tlen jako połączone gazy. Generator wodorotlenowy stanowi zintegrowaną konstrukcję ze zbiornikiem wyrównawczym przylegającym do generatora, zapewniającą jego rozbudowę pod względem ilości cel, co powoduje jednocześnie możliwość zmian w wydajności gazu opuszczającego generator oraz napięcia które pojawia się na zaciskach. Ponieważ generator przylega bezpośrednio do zbiornika wyrównawczego i stanowi jego element, wymusza to bezpośredni obieg elektrolitu wewnątrz generatora, co powoduje szybkie opróżnianie generatora z wytworzonego gazu oraz dynamiczną wymianę elektrolitu pomiędzy elektrodami. Generator wodorotlenowy jest zbudowany z szeregu elektrod poprzedzielanych izolatorami poprzez które przepływa elektrolit wraz z wytworzonymi gazami. Wokół elektrod generatora umieszczona jest plastyczna obudowa powodująca prawidłowy docisk elektrod względem zbiornika wyrównawczego oraz płyty czołowej.The subject of the invention is a monolithic hydroxide generator generating hydrogen and oxygen as combined gases. The hydroxide generator is an integrated structure with an expansion tank adjacent to the generator, ensuring its expansion in terms of the number of cells, which also causes the possibility of changes in the gas output from the generator and the voltage that appears at the terminals. Because the generator adheres directly to the expansion tank and forms its element, it forces the electrolyte to circulate directly inside the generator, which causes the generator to empty quickly from the gas produced and the dynamic exchange of electrolyte between the electrodes. The hydroxide generator is made up of a series of electrodes separated by insulators through which the electrolyte flows along with the gases produced. A plastic casing is placed around the generator electrodes, which ensures correct electrode pressure against the expansion tank and the front plate.
