Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób nakładania warstwy przeciwbakteryjnej na kształtowe powierzchnie wytworów, będących w publicznym, wielokrotnym kontakcie z powierzchnią ciała człowieka. Sposób ma zastosowanie do pokrywania folią przeciwbakteryjną takich wytworów jak poręcze schodów, uchwyty we wszystkich środkach komunikacji zbiorowej, klamki drzwi, wyposażenie szpitali , szkół i innych elementów, które stale są dotykane przez dowolną liczbę osób. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że na wytwór (1) będący kształtowym elementem lub powierzchnią płaską, nakłada się folię (2) o grubości co najmniej 0,2 mm, będącą stopem, składającym się z miedzi w ilości (60 - 90)%, korzystnie 75%, oraz dodatków uszlachetniających w ilości (10 - 40)%, z kolei tak nałożoną folię (2) stabilizuje się na wytworze (1).The subject of the invention is a method of applying an antimicrobial layer to shaped surfaces of products in public, repeated contact with the surface of the human body. The method is applicable to covering with anti-bacterial film such products as stair handrails, handles in all means of public transport, door handles, hospital equipment, schools and other elements that are constantly touched by any number of people. The method is characterized in that on the product (1) being a shaped element or flat surface, a film (2) with a thickness of at least 0.2 mm is applied, which is an alloy consisting of (60 - 90)% copper, preferably 75%, and enriching additives in the amount (10 - 40)%, in turn the film applied (2) stabilizes on the product (1).
