Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób rozdrabniania biomasy drzewnej i urządzenie do realizacji tego sposobu, przeznaczone do rozdrabniania materiałów roślinnych, pędów drzew i krzewów, w celu uzyskania frakcji zrębków o specyficznych właściwościach istotnych ze względu na energetyczne wykorzystanie. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszej fazie pęd biomasy drzewnej (1) poddawany jest procesowi wstępnego zgniatania przy pomocy dwóch walców zgniatających (2), przy czym kierunek podawania pędu biomasy drzewnej (1) jest prostopadły do osi walców zgniatających (2). Następnie w drugiej fazie, wstępnie zgnieciony pęd biomasy drzewnej (1) jest dogniatany przez dwa bębny zgniatająco - rozdrabniające (3), przy czym kąt nachylenia osi bębnów zgniatająco - rozdrabniających (3) względem osi walców zgniatających (2) powinien zawierać się w granicach pomiędzy 0° a 90°, a jednocześnie w procesie dogniatania następuje przecinanie pędu biomasy drzewnej (1) przez przynajmniej jedną parę noży (4), zamontowanych na powierzchni roboczej dwóch bębnów zgniatająco - rozdrabniających (3).Tak uzyskany fragment pędu biomasy drzewnej (1). The method is characterized by the fact that in the first phase the wood biomass shoot (1) is subjected to a pre-crushing process using two crushing rollers (2), where the direction of feeding the wood biomass shoot (1) is perpendicular to the axis of the crushing rollers (2). Then, in the second phase, the pre-crushed wood biomass shoot (1) is compacted by two crushing and grinding drums (3), with the angle of inclination of the crushing and grinding drums axis (3) relative to the axis of the crushing rollers (2) being within the boundaries between 0 ° and 90 °, and at the same time in the process of compaction the wood biomass shoot (1) is cut by at least one pair of knives (4), mounted on the working surface of two crushing and grinding drums (3). Such a obtained fragment of the wood biomass shoot (1) . In turn, it is split by the edge of the splitting beam blade (5), thus obtaining wood chips (6) with the desired properties.
