Abstract

Sposób suszenia drewna w komorze suszarniczej polegający na umieszczeniu drewna korzystnie na przekładkach wewnątrz komory suszarniczej, następnie dostarczeniu do wnętrza komory pary wodnej, ogrzewaniu jej aż do całkowitego wyparcia powietrza atmosferycznego przez parę wodną z komory i dalej aż do uzyskania pary wodnej przegrzanej, charakteryzuje się tym, że po osiągnięciu wewnątrz komory temperatury w przedziale 70 - 80°C utrzymuje się ją na niezmienionej wysokości przez okres od 2 do 3 godzin, podczas których drewno poddaje się procesowi odprężania. Następnie podnosi się temperaturę w komorze do wartości co najwyżej 120°C, korzystnie utrzymując ją w przedziale 105 - 110°C i prowadzi się etap suszenia właściwego, aż do osiągnięcia założonej wilgotności końcowej drewna. Po uzyskaniu odpowiedniej wilgotności końcowej, suszenie zostaje zakończone i rozpoczyna się etap kondycjonowania oraz chłodzenia. Drewno chłodzi się swobodnie, a cały proces prowadzony jest w warunkach ciśnienia atmosferycznego.The method of drying wood in a drying chamber consisting of placing wood, preferably on spacers, inside the drying chamber, then supplying steam to the chamber, heating it until the atmospheric air is completely displaced by steam from the chamber and further until obtaining superheated steam, that after reaching the temperature inside the chamber in the range of 70 - 80 ° C, it is maintained at an unchanged height for a period of 2 to 3 hours, during which the wood undergoes the process of stress relief. Then the temperature in the chamber is raised to a maximum of 120 ° C, preferably kept in the range of 105 - 110 ° C, and a proper drying stage is carried out until the assumed final moisture content of the wood is reached. After obtaining the appropriate final humidity, drying is completed and the conditioning and cooling stage begins. The wood cools freely and the whole process is carried out under atmospheric pressure.
