Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania naturalnego materiału o ujemnym współczynniku załamania charakteryzujący się tym, że miesza się co najmniej dwa związki chemiczne w postaci sproszkowanej, z których we wspólnym zakresie częstotliwości przynajmniej jeden związek posiada ujemne wartości przenikalności dielektrycznej, a drugi ujemne wartości przenikalności magnetycznej, po czym mieszankę związków poddaje się prasowaniu wstępnemu, a następnie powstałą wypraskę poddaje się prasowaniu zasadniczemu, przy czym prasowanie przebiega w warunkach podwyższonego ciśnienia. Materiał uzyskany sposobem znajduje zastosowanie między innymi jako osłona elektromagnetyczna, antena, absorber, supersoczewka, czy filtr fal elektromagnetycznych.
