Przedmiotem wynalazku jest spektrofotometryczny sposób oznaczania zawartości złota w roztworach, strukturach porowatych lub na powierzchniach ciał stałych, zwłaszcza zawierających złote nanoobiekty, polegający na tym, że w badanej próbce wytwarza się kompleksy złota w postaci tetrabromozłocianu (III) litu, sodu, potasu lub amonu.
