Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest macerator do utylizacji odpadów szpitalnych, zwłaszcza pulpy celulozowej, mający zastosowanie w szpitalach, domach opieki społecznej i innych zakładach, gdzie wymagana jest utylizacja środków higienicznych w postaci pampersów, podkładów celulozowych, z zawartością. Macerator charakteryzuje się tym, że w wewnętrznej ścianie (3) pokrywy o kształcie czaszy, w jej strefie szczytu od strony wnętrza maceratora, ma gniazdo (4) połączone z przewodem instalacji wodociągowej (5) z zaworem, w którym to gnieździe (4) osadzony jest na połączeniu gwintowym sterownik (6) kształtu strumienia wody, mający kształt zbliżony do grzyba (7) z kształtową powierzchnią zewnętrzną i kształtową powierzchnią wewnętrzną oraz trzonem (8) połączonym gwintem z obudową, przy czym sterownik ma w trzonie (8) wewnętrzny tunel (9) połączony z przewodem (10) instalacji odpowietrzającej.The subject of the invention is a macerator for the utilization of hospital waste, especially cellulose pulp, applicable in hospitals, nursing homes and other facilities where the utilization of hygienic means in the form of pampers, cellulose foundations and contents is required. The macerator is characterized by the fact that in the inner wall (3) of the bowl-shaped cover, in its top zone from the inside of the macerator, it has a socket (4) connected to a water supply pipe (5) with a valve, in which the socket (4) sits on the screw connection there is a controller (6) of the shape of the water jet, having a mushroom-like shape (7) with the shaped external surface and the shaped internal surface and the stem (8) connected with the thread to the housing, the controller having an internal tunnel (8) in the stem (8) 9) connected to the vent pipe (10).
