Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw sufitowych elementów ozdobnych, przeznaczony do ozdabiania podswietlanych zarówkami halogenowymi sufitów domów mieszkalnych, lokali uzytecznosci publicznej, zwlaszcza swietlic, kawiarni i restauracji. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz ukladzie przestrzennym elementów tworzacych ten wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia kaseton zestawu w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - ten sam kaseton w przekroju pionowym, fig. 3 - ten sam kaseton w przekroju poziomym, fig. 4 - belke lacznikowa zestawu w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 5 - fragment sufitu ozdobionego czterema kasetonami oraz umieszczonymi pomiedzy nimi symetrycznie belkami lacznikowymi w widoku perspektywicznym. Zestaw wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z kasetonu i belki lacznikowej, przy czym kaseton ma ksztalt ramki o profilu kwadratowym, utworzonej z czterech identycznych elementów listwowych, majacych w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt zblizony do prostokatnego, których konce sa sciete pod katem 45°. Górne zewnetrzne powierzchnie elementów kasetonu posiadaja fakture falista, utworzona z podluznych rowków i karbów o profilach promieniowych, tak ze rowki i karby jednego elementu listwowego stykaja sie pod katem 90° z analogicznymi rowkami i karbami dwóch usytuowanych prostopadle elementów listwowych, a utworzone linie podzialu pomiedzy kazdymi dwoma elementami listwowymi przebiegaja wzdluz przekatnych kasetonu. Na powierzchni podstawy kasetonu znajduje sie plytkie wyjecie obwodowe o przekroju poprzecznym prostokatnym, w którym osadzona jest plytka denna o profilu kwadratowym, z otworem centralnym, zas na wewnetrznej powierzchni elementów listwowych kasetonu od jego strony czolowej wykonane jest wyjecie obwodowe znacznie glebsze od poprzedniego, w którym osadzona jest plytka czolowa równiez o profilu kwadratowym, której powierzchnia zewnetrzna usytuowana jest ponizej falistej powierzchni kasetonu.Z kolei belka lacznikowa w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do ceownika ze scietymi narozami zewnetrznymi, posiadajacego gladkie scianki boczne, którego powierzchnia górnej scianki zwienczajacej posiada gladkie sciecia boczne, przebiegajace w kierunku scietych narozy, a pomiedzy gladkimi scieciami bocznymi scianka ta ma powierzchnie falista utworzona ze wzdluznie usytuowanych rowków i karbów o zarysie promieniowym jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-4 . Do sufitu mocuje sie kasetony symetrycznie usytuowane wzgledem siebie oraz umieszczone pomiedzy mini belki lacznikowe, tak aby ich powierzchnie z faktura falista skierowane byly w kierunku podlogi pomieszczenia, a belki lacznikowe znajdowaly sie w osi symetrii kasetonów. Pelnomocnik: PLThe industrial design is a set of decorative ceiling elements intended to decorate halogen-illuminated ceilings of residential buildings, public buildings, and especially community centers, cafés, and restaurants. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, line arrangement, and spatial arrangement of the elements comprising the design. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the set's coffer in a top view, Fig. 2 shows the same coffer in a vertical cross-section, Fig. 3 shows the same coffer in a horizontal cross-section, Fig. 4 shows the set's connecting beam in a perspective view, and Fig. 5 shows a fragment of the ceiling decorated with four coffers and connecting beams placed symmetrically between them in a perspective view. The industrial design set consists of a cassette and a connecting beam, where the cassette has the shape of a square frame formed from four identical strip elements, with a cross-sectional shape close to rectangular, the ends of which are cut at a 45° angle. The upper outer surfaces of the cassette elements have a wavy texture, formed from longitudinal grooves and notches with radial profiles, so that the grooves and notches of one strip element meet at a 90° angle with the corresponding grooves and notches of two perpendicularly arranged strip elements, and the dividing lines formed between each two strip elements run along the diagonals of the cassette. On the surface of the cassette base there is a shallow circumferential opening with a rectangular cross-section, in which a square-profile bottom plate with a central hole is mounted, while on the inner surface of the cassette strip elements on its front side there is a much deeper circumferential opening than the previous one, in which a square-profile front plate is mounted, the outer surface of which is located below the corrugated surface of the cassette. In turn, the cross-section of the connecting beam is similar to a channel with cut outer corners, having smooth side walls, the surface of which has smooth side cuts running towards the cut corners, and between the smooth side cuts, this wall has a corrugated surface made of longitudinally arranged grooves and notches. with a radial outline as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1-4. The cassettes are attached to the ceiling, symmetrically positioned in relation to each other and placed between the mini connecting beams, so that their surfaces with a corrugated texture are directed towards the floor of the room, and the connecting beams are located on the axis of symmetry of the cassettes. An electric cable is fed through the central hole in the bottom plate of each cassette, and a halogen lamp holder is attached to the front plate, while the ceiling surface between the cassettes and the connecting beams is left unchanged, or panels made of any material are attached to it to serve as additional ceiling decoration, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 5. Essential features of the industrial design A set of ceiling decorative elements containing cassettes is characterized in that: it consists of a cassette and a connecting beam, wherein the cassette has the shape of a frame with a square profile, made of four identical strip elements, the upper outer surfaces of which have a wavy texture, made of longitudinal grooves and notches with radial profiles, so that the grooves and notches of one strip element meet at a 90° angle with the analogous grooves and notches of two perpendicularly arranged strip elements, and the lines formed the division between each two strip elements runs along the diagonals of the cassette, on the surface of the cassette base there is a shallow circumferential opening with a rectangular cross-section, in which a bottom plate with a square profile is mounted, with a central hole, while on the inner surface of the cassette strip elements from its front side there is a much deeper circumferential opening than the previous one, in which a front plate also with a square profile is mounted, the outer surface of which is located below the corrugated surface of the cassette, the connecting beam in cross-section has a shape similar to a C-section with cut outer corners, having smooth side walls, the surface of the upper crowning wall of which has smooth side cuts, running towards the cut corners, and between the smooth side cuts this wall has a corrugated surface made of longitudinally arranged grooves and notches with a radial outline as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1-4.
