Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mechanizm zębaty, zwłaszcza do okiennic, którego przeznaczeniem jest przesuwanie i zamykanie okiennic wyposażonych w ruchome żaluzje. Mechanizm ma koło zębate (1) złożone z dwóch kół składowych zblokowanych na wspólnym wale (5), z których każde posiada zęby na połowie swojego obwodu, na drugiej zaś połowie obwodu powierzchnię walcową o średnicy stóp koła, przy czym koła składowe są zamocowane względem siebie tak, że zęby jednego z nich występują w miejscu występowania powierzchni walcowej drugiego, a w rzucie z przodu wspólnie tworzą kompletne koło zębate (1), zaś jedno z kół składowych tworzy przekładnię linearną z zębatką pionową (3), a wspólnie z drugim kołem składowym również przekładnię linearną z zębatką poziomą (2), zaś wal (5) osadzony jest w nieruchomym gnieździe, natomiast płaszczyzny poruszania się obu zębatek (2, 3) są względem siebie nieruchome, przy czym zębatka pionowa (3) jest zazębiona z kołem zębatym (1) tylko w jednym ze skrajnych położeń zębatki poziomej (2), ponadto uzębienie zębatki poziomej (2) dzieli się na dwie strony, lewą i prawą, i jest wykonane po jednej ze stron na większej długości niż po drugiej ze stron, tak, że strona z większą ilością zębów zazębiona jest z kołem składowym zazębionym z zębatką pionową (3).The subject of the invention is a toothed mechanism, especially for shutters, intended for sliding and closing shutters equipped with movable blinds. The mechanism has a gear (1) composed of two component wheels locked on a common shaft (5), each of which has teeth on half of its circumference, and on the other half of the circumference a cylindrical surface with the diameter of the foot of the wheel, the component wheels being attached to each other so that the teeth of one of them occur in the place of the cylindrical surface of the other, and in the front view together they form a complete gear (1), while one of the component wheels forms a linear gear with a vertical gear (3), and together with the other component wheel the linear gear with a horizontal rack (2), and the shaft (5) is mounted in a stationary seat, while the planes of the two racks (2, 3) are motionless relative to each other, with the vertical rack (3) meshing with the gear wheel (1) ) only in one of the extreme positions of the horizontal rack (2), in addition, the teeth of the horizontal rack (2) are divided into two sides, right and right, and is made on one side on a larger length than on the other side, so that the side with more teeth meshes with the constituent wheel meshed with the vertical rack (3).
