Abstract
Metoda do usuwania nitów zwłaszcza dla magnetyczne - impulsowej instalacji do nitowania z nagrzewem polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie następuje obustronne zaciśnięcie urządzenia wokół zaklepanego nitu, następnie doprowadza się styki urządzenia do końcówek nitu i kolejno, w drugim etapie nagrzewa się do temperatury co najmniej 500°C, korzystnie 600-700°C po czym usuwa się nit przebijakiem, po czym chłodzi się (przebijak) przyległe detale korzystnie sprężonym powietrzem, przy czym usunięcie nitu realizuje się w sposób automatyczny.
