Elektrostatyczny separator zawierający zasobnik (7) z dozownikiem (5) wyposażonym w taśmę dystrybucyjną (12) napędzaną silnikiem elektrycznym (13), cylinder separujący (1) w kształcie walca napędzany silnikiem elektrycznym (9) pierwszym i pojemnik separacyjny (18), charakteryzuje się tym, że na walcu cylindra separującego (1) nawinięte jest uzwojenie bifilarne (2) zasilane z zasilacza (8) wysokiego napięcia poprzez przewody wysokiego napięcia i pierścień komutacyjny (19), oraz zawiera sterownik (16), korzystnie programowalny sterownik logiczny PLC, sterujący równocześnie pracą silników elektrycznych (9, 13) i zasilacza (8), przy czym sterownik (16) jest połączony z komputerem (17). Silniki elektryczne (9, 13) są silnikami elektrycznymi synchronicznymi lub silnikami elektrycznymi krokowymi, a każdy z nich jest sprzężony z transformatorem położenia kątowego (11, 15), z którego sygnał jest przesyłany do sterownika (16).An electrostatic separator containing a container (7) with a dispenser (5) equipped with a distribution belt (12) driven by an electric motor (13), a separating cylinder (1) in the shape of a cylinder driven by an electric motor (9) and a separating container (18), characterized by in that a bifilar winding (2) is wound on the cylinder of the separating cylinder (2) supplied from the high-voltage power supply (8) through high-voltage wires and a commutation ring (19), and includes a controller (16), preferably a programmable logic controller at the same time by the operation of electric motors (9, 13) and the power supply (8), with the controller (16) connected to the computer (17).
