Abstract

Drutówka do opon charakteryzuje się tym, że ma otoczkę wykonaną z jednolitego, profilowanego skrzydełka, wyposażonego z jednej strony w ostro zakończony element (1) o kształcie, w widoku z boku, trójkąta ostrego oraz w przeciwległy prostopadłościenny element (2). Dolne części tych elementów (1, 2) usytuowane są w jednej linii, a w górnej części są połączone owalnym wybraniem (3). Drutowy rdzeń (4) jest całkowicie pokryty prostopadłościennym elementem (2) skrzydełka. Sposób pokrywania gumą drutówki charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszej kolejności wytwarza się profilowane, jednolite skrzydełko złożone z elementu (1) o kształcie, w widoku z boku, trójkąta ostrego i prostopadłościennego elementu (2), połączonych, w górnej części, owalnym wybraniem (3). Następnie, po umieszczeniu drutowego rdzenia (4) w owalnym wybraniu (3), dociska się i zawija prostopadłościenny element (2) skrzydełka wokół drutowego rdzenia (4), całkowicie pokrywając go gumą.
