Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja owadobójcza przeznaczona do zwalczania owadów, w szczególności z rzędu Lepidoptera, zawierająca mieszaninę kryształów białkowych bakterii Bacillus thuringiensis i olejku gorczycowego, w której kryształy białka stanowią do 40% mieszaniny, korzystnie od 10% do 15%, najkorzystniej od 12% do 14%. Kompozycja charakteryzuje się efektem synergicznym, gdyż aktywność mieszaniny kryształów białkowych B. thuringiensis i olejku gorczycowego jest większa niż suma aktywności obu składników mieszaniny. W drugim aspekcie przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie kompozycji owadobójczej, zawierającej mieszaninę według wynalazku do zwalczania owadów, w szczególności owadów z rzędu Lepidoptera.The subject of the invention is an insecticidal composition intended to combat insects, in particular from the order of Lepidoptera, containing a mixture of protein crystals of Bacillus thuringiensis bacteria and mustard oil, in which the protein crystals constitute up to 40% of the mixture, preferably from 10% to 15%, most preferably from 12% to 14%. The composition is characterized by a synergistic effect because the activity of the mixture of B. thuringiensis protein crystals and mustard oil is greater than the sum of the activities of both components of the mixture. In the second aspect, the subject of the invention is the use of an insecticidal composition containing the mixture according to the invention for combating insects, in particular insects of the order Lepidoptera.
