Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania kształtowników stalowych, w którym taśmę stalową (1) poddaje się obróbce wstępnej, po czym tak przygotowaną taśmę stalową w procesie plastycznego odkształcania profiluje się w sposób ciągły, między rotacyjnymi narzędziami kształtującymi, na kształtownik o wymaganym przekroju, charakteryzuje się tym, że w trakcie obróbki wstępnej, za pomocą obrotowych narzędzi formujących, na jednej z płaszczyzn taśmy stalowej (1) wykonuje się symetrycznie oddalone od jej osi wzdłużnej rzędy przetłoczeń powierzchniowych (3), przy czym usytuowane w sąsiadujących ze sobą rzędach przetłoczenia powierzchniowe (3) rozmieszcza się względem siebie naprzemiennie. Ponadto za pomocą obrotowych narzędzi formujących w miejscach przetłoczeń powierzchniowych (3) doprowadza się do zmiany grubości taśmy stalowej (1), przy czym przepływ wygniatanego materiału taśmy stalowej (1) orientuje się w kierunku od jej osi wzdłużnej do krawędzi zewnętrznych, aż do momentu uzyskania założonej wcześniej szerokości taśmy stalowej (1).The method of obtaining steel sections, in which the steel strip (1) is subjected to preliminary processing, after which the steel strip prepared in the process of plastic deformation is continuously profiled, between rotational shaping tools, into a section with the required cross section, characterized by the fact that during pretreatment, on one of the steel strip planes (1), rows of surface embossments (3) are symmetrically spaced from its longitudinal axis, with surface embossing (3) located in adjacent rows each other. In addition, by means of rotary forming tools in places of surface embossing (3), the thickness of the steel strip (1) is changed, while the flow of the bent material of the steel strip (1) is oriented in the direction from its longitudinal axis to the outer edges, until previously assumed width of the steel strip (1).
