Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu regeneracji kondensatu parowego w systemie turbin parowych, zawierającym układ produkcji pary, wysokoprężny stopień (WP) turbiny, średnioprężny stopień (SP) turbiny i niskoprężny (NP) stopień turbiny oraz kondensator, zlokalizowane kolejno zgodnie z kierunkiem przepływu pary, oraz zaopatrzonym w absorpcyjną pompę ciepła (APC) i co najmniej jeden zestaw wymienników ciepła i pomp kondensatu. Sposób polega na tym, że strumień (4) pary, po przejściu przez niskoprężny stopień (NP) turbiny, kieruje się do kondensatora, z którego po odebraniu ciepła utajonego strumień (6) kondensatu doprowadza się do absorpcyjnej pompy ciepła (APC), a następnie jako strumień (8) wstępnie podgrzanego kondensatu, poprzez co najmniej jeden zestaw wymienników ciepła i pomp kondensatu, zawraca się do kotła, przy czym źródłem ciepła niskoparametrowego dla absorpcyjnej pompy ciepła (APC) jest strumień (5) wody chłodzącej, ogrzanej w kondensatorze, a źródłem ciepła wysokoparametrowego absorpcyjnej pompy ciepła (APC) jest strumień (3) pary napędowej z turbiny. Wynalazek dotyczy również układu do realizacji tego sposobu.The invention relates to a method of regeneration of steam condensate in a steam turbine system comprising a steam production system, turbine high pressure stage (WP), turbine medium pressure stage (SP) and turbine low pressure stage (NP) and a condenser, arranged in succession in the direction of steam flow and provided with absorption heat pump (APC) and at least one set of heat exchangers and condensate pumps. The method consists in the fact that the steam stream (4), after passing through the turbine low pressure stage (NP), is directed to the condenser, from which, after receiving the latent heat, the condensate stream (6) is fed to the absorption heat pump (APC), and then as a stream (8) of preheated condensate, through at least one set of heat exchangers and condensate pumps, it is returned to the boiler, the low-parameter heat source for the absorption heat pump (APC) being stream (5) of cooling water, heated in the condenser, and The source of heat of the high-performance absorption heat pump (APC) is the stream (3) of the propulsion steam from the turbine. The invention also relates to a system for carrying out this method.
