Abstract

Sposób unieszkodliwiania zanieczyszczeń biologicznych w materiale roślinnym w zbiorniku ciśnieniowym charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie materiał roślinny (MR) poddaje się działaniu ozonem przez 15 - 120 minut pod ciśnieniem od atmosferycznego do 0,2 MPa, a w drugim etapie do zbiornika wprowadza się gazowy ditlenek węgla, aż do wytworzenia w nim ciśnienia 0,8 - 2,5 MPa, przy czym ciśnienie to utrzymuje się w zbiorniku przez 10 - 120 minut, po czym redukuje się je gwałtownie o około połowę i potem redukuje dalej, do ciśnienia atmosferycznego, korzystnie do ok. 0,1 MPa.The method of neutralizing biological pollutants in plant material in a pressure tank is characterized by the fact that in the first stage the plant material (MR) is exposed to ozone for 15 - 120 minutes at a pressure from atmospheric to 0.2 MPa, and in the second stage gaseous carbon dioxide until a pressure of 0.8 - 2.5 MPa is created in it, and this pressure is maintained in the tank for 10 - 120 minutes, after which it is rapidly reduced by about half and then further reduced to atmospheric pressure, preferably up to approx. 0.1 MPa.
