Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe P-winylobenzyle o ogólnym wzorze 3, w którym R oraz R' oznaczają podstawniki identyczne lub różne, takie jak alkil, aryl, N-alkil, N-aryl, sililoksyl lub grupa hydroksylowa. Wynalazek obejmuje również sposób otrzymywania nowych P-winylobenzyli o ogólnym wzorze 3, w którym R oraz R' oznaczają podstawniki identyczne lub różne, takie jak alkil, aryl, alkoksyl, aryloksyl, N-alkil, N-aryl, sililoksyl lub grupa hydroksylowa, charakteryzujący się tym, że do reaktora wprowadza się związek o ogólnym wzorze 1, w którym R oraz R' mają wyżej podane znaczenie, oraz związek o wzorze 2 w postaci chlorku 4-winylobenzylu lub jego analogów takich jak chlorek 2-winylobenzylu lub chlorek 3-winylobenzylu, w stosunku stechiometrycznym od 1 ÷ 1 do 1 ÷ 3, po czym otrzymaną mieszaninę ogrzewa się, jednocześnie ciągle mieszając, w czasie od 3 do 16 godzin, w temperaturze od 70 do 120°C, w atmosferze gazu obojętnego. Reakcję prowadzi się pod obniżonym ciśnieniem od 100 do 10 mm Hg, w rozpuszczalniku aprotonowym lub korzystnie bez rozpuszczalnika. Synteza związków będących przedmiotem wynalazku jest wydajna, prosta, jednoetapowa, a niezbędne odczynniki i substraty są łatwo dostępne. Proces oczyszczania otrzymanych związków jest prosty i nadaje się do wykorzystania w przemyśle.The subject of the invention are new P-vinylbenzyls of the general formula 3, in which R and R' represent identical or different substituents, such as alkyl, aryl, N-alkyl, N-aryl, silyloxy or hydroxyl group. The invention also includes a method for obtaining new P-vinylbenzyls of the general formula 3, in which R and R' represent identical or different substituents, such as alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, aryloxy, N-alkyl, N-aryl, silyloxy or hydroxyl group, characterized by is that a compound of the general formula 1, in which R and R' have the meanings given above, and a compound of the formula 2 in the form of 4-vinylbenzyl chloride or its analogues such as 2-vinylbenzyl chloride or 3-vinylbenzyl chloride are introduced into the reactor , in a stoichiometric ratio from 1 ÷ 1 to 1 ÷ 3, and then the obtained mixture is heated, while stirring continuously, for 3 to 16 hours, at a temperature from 70 to 120°C, in an inert gas atmosphere. The reaction is carried out under reduced pressure from 100 to 10 mm Hg, in an aprotic solvent or preferably without a solvent. The synthesis of the compounds subject to the invention is efficient, simple, one-step, and the necessary reagents and substrates are easily available. The process of purifying the obtained compounds is simple and suitable for industrial use.
