Abstract
Istotą wynalazku jest umieszczenie pomiędzy okładziny kondensatora(rów) drugiego obwodu z kondensatora lub ich szeregowego połączenia. Umieszczenie kondensatora (kondensatorów) jako obwód wtórny w polu elektrycznym obwodu wejściowego tworzy nowy element elektryczny. Obwód pierwotny składa się z szeregowo podłączonych kondensatorów działających jako dzielnik.
