Abstract

Urządzenie do dynamicznego wytwarzania materiałów o podwyższonej gęstości, prasowanych na ciepło, składa się z pulsatora (1), grzałek oporowych (2), zespołu chłodzenia (8), matrycy (3), zespołu chłodzenia (4) stempla górnego (5) i zespołu chłodzenia (8) stempla dolnego (7). Proces prasowania przebiega następująco: w pierwszej fazie zostaje schłodzony zespołem chłodzenia (4) stempel górny (5), zespołem chłodzenia (8) stempel dolny (7) i zespołem chłodzenia (6) matryca (3).
