Abstract

Modyfikator do podeutektycznych stopów Al-Si charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go mieszanina proszków: Cr2O3+Al i NaNO3+Al i Na2B4O7 +Al, przy czym Al miesza się oddzielnie z Cr2O3, oddzielnie z NaNO3 i oddzielnie z Na2B4O7 odpowiednio w proporcjach: dla jednej cząstki Cr2O3 + 2 cząstki Al; dla sześciu cząstek NaNO3 + 10 cząstek Al; dla jednej cząstki Na2B4O7 + 6 cząstek Al, przy czym dla każdego ze składników z tolerancją nadmiaru aluminium od 0 do 20% a stosunek Cr2O3 do NaNO3 i do Na2B4O7 wynosi odpowiednio w zakresie od 1:3:2 do 2:3:3.The modifier for hypoeutectic Al-Si alloys is characterized by the fact that it is a mixture of powders: Cr2O3 + Al and NaNO3 + Al and Na2B4O7 + Al, with Al mixed separately with Cr2O3, separately with NaNO3 and separately with Na2B4O7 respectively in proportions: one particle Cr2O3 + 2 particles Al; for six NaNO3 + 10 particles of Al; for one particle of Na2B4O7 + 6 particles of Al, where for each of the components with a tolerance of excess aluminum from 0 to 20% and the ratio of Cr2O3 to NaNO3 and to Na2B4O7 is in the range from 1: 3: 2 to 2: 3: 3, respectively.
