Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest granulat gumowo-asfaltowy mający zastosowanie jako lepiszcze i modyfikator do mieszanek mineralno-asfaltowych na bazie gumy w procesie wytwarzania mieszanek mineralno-asfaltowych oraz sposób wytwarzania granulatu gumowo-asfaltowego. Granulat gumowo-bitumiczny zawiera granulat gumowy w ilości od 40% do 60% wagowych, lepiszcze złożone z pozostałości po destylacji próżniowej ropy naftowej charakteryzującej się temperaturą mięknienia powyżej 300°C oraz olejów fluksowych w łącznej ilości od 38% wag. do 45% wag., a także od 10% do 14,5% wag. wypełniaczy syntetycznych, sorbentów w ilości do 5% oraz wypełniaczy mineralnych i/lub naturalnych i/lub organicznych w udziale od 0,01% do 0,05% objętości całej mieszanki.
