Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kokryształ 4-amino-N-(4,6-dimetylopirymidyn-2-ylo)-benzeno-1 -sulfonamid-kwas 1,1'-bifenylo-2,2'-dikarboksylowy o wzorze 1, który znajduje zastosowanie w przemyśle farmaceutycznym. Wynalazek ujawnia również sposób wytwarzania kokryształu 4-amino-N-(4,6-dimetylopirymidyn-2-ylo)-benzeno-1 -sulfonamid-kwas 1,1'-bifenylo-2,2'-dikarboksylowego o wzorze 1, charakteryzujący się tym, że 0,1 mmol 4-amino-N-(4,6-dimetylopirydymidyn-2-ylo)-benzeno- 1 -sulfonamidu i 0,1 mmol kwasu 1,1' bifenylo-2,2'dikarboksylowego umieszcza się w moździerzu agatowym, po czym całość uciera się z 1 kroplą rozpuszczalnika wybranego spośród: metanolu, etanolu, acetonitrylu przez około 1 minutę, następnie całość rozpuszcza się w 10 ml wybranego rozpuszczalnika, miesza z szybkością 100-300 rpm przez około 2 do 10 minut w temperaturze w zakresie od 30 do 60°C, i tak przygotowany roztwór przesącza się, a następnie odparowuje się w warunkach temperatury pokojowej, i po 3 do 5 dni uzyskuje się kremowe kryształy w kształcie igieł.The present invention relates to a 4-amino-N- (4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl) -benzene-1-sulfonamide-1,1'-biphenyl-2,2'-dicarboxylic acid co-crystal of formula 1 which is used in pharmaceutical industry. The invention also discloses a method of producing a 4-amino-N- (4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl) -benzene-1-sulfonamide-1,1'-biphenyl-2,2'-dicarboxylic acid co-crystal of formula 1, characterized by in that 0.1 mmol of 4-amino-N- (4,6-dimethylpyridimidin-2-yl) -benzen-1-sulfonamide and 0.1 mmol of 1,1 'biphenyl-2,2'-dicarboxylic acid are placed in agate mortar, then the whole is triturated with 1 drop of the solvent selected from: methanol, ethanol, acetonitrile for about 1 minute, then the whole is dissolved in 10 ml of the selected solvent, mixed at 100-300 rpm for about 2 to 10 minutes at in the range of 30 to 60 ° C, and the solution thus prepared is filtered and then evaporated at room temperature, and after 3 to 5 days cream-like needle crystals are obtained.
