Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób produkcji wielofunkcyjnych wyrobów włókienniczych, charakteryzujących się - poza właściwościami wynikającymi z rodzaju i masy włókien oraz struktury przędz i samych wyrobów: tkanin, dzianin lub włóknin - różnymi użytkowymi właściwościami dodanymi, jak zwiększoną odpornością na ścieranie, odpornością na powstawanie pillingu, zdolnością samooczyszczania fotokatalitycznego czy barierowością w stosunku do promieniowania UV. Sposób według wynalazku polega na tym, że wytwarza się zol hybrydowy Al2O3/ TiO2/ SiO2 modyf. przez połączenie zolu SiO2 modyf. z prekursora krzemowego modyfikowanego, zawierającego grupy glicydoksy i prekursora tytanowego TiO2 oraz zolu Al2O3 z prekursora glinowego. Najpierw wytwarza się zol tytanowo-krzemowy TiO2/ SiO2 modyf. a następnie łączy się go z zolem Al2O3, po czym taki zol hybrydowy nanosi się na wyroby włókiennicze, suszy i sieciuje termicznie.The subject of the invention is a method of producing multifunctional textile products, characterized by - apart from properties resulting from the type and weight of fibers as well as the structure of yarns and products themselves: woven, knitted or non-woven fabrics - various usable added properties, such as increased abrasion resistance, resistance to pilling, ability photocatalytic self-cleaning or UV barrier. The process of the invention consists in producing an Al2O3 / TiO2 / SiO2 modif hybrid sol. by combining the SiO2 sol with modif. from a modified silicon precursor containing glycidoxy groups and a titanium precursor TiO2 and an Al2O3 sol from an aluminum precursor. First, TiO2 / SiO2 modif titanium silicon sol is produced. and then combined with the Al2O3 sol, after which the hybrid sol is applied to textiles, dried and thermally crosslinked.
