Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest podkładka antyugięciowa elastomerowa silnie absorbująca energię i wpływająca na zmniejszenie ugięcia płyty po ostrzale, przeznaczona do stosowania jako podkładka pod płytę balistyczną. Podkładka antyugięciowa ma postać elastycznej płyty, zawierającej wewnętrzną zamkniętą komorę (3), przy czym jedna zewnętrzna strona płyty jest płaska (1), natomiast druga wyposażona jest w układ równomiernie rozłożonych występów (2) w ilości od 1500 do 3000 / m2. Podkładka może zawierać ciecz dylatacyjną, wprowadzoną jednorodnie w strukturę elastomeru i/lub do wewnętrznej komory (3). Korzystnie elastomerowe tworzywo podkładki zawiera dodatek w postaci sfer wypełnionych gazem obojętnym.The subject of the invention is an elastomeric anti-deflection pad, strongly absorbing energy and reducing plate deflection after firing, intended for use as a pad for a ballistic plate. The anti-deflection washer is in the form of a flexible plate containing an internal closed chamber (3), where one external side of the plate is flat (1), while the other is equipped with a system of evenly distributed protrusions (2) in the amount of 1500 to 3000 / m2. The washer may contain a dilatant liquid incorporated uniformly into the elastomer structure and/or into the inner chamber (3). Preferably, the elastomeric material of the washer contains an additive in the form of spheres filled with an inert gas.
