Abstract

Urządzenie, zwłaszcza do zwijania uszczelek oraz taśm, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z podstawy w postaci stołu ruchomego (5), na którym zamocowane są: chwytak prowadzący uszczelkę (1), nawijak uszczelek (2) z zamontowanym chwytakiem nawijania, nóż (3), korzystnie z zamontowanym siłownikiem pneumatycznym wraz z łapką, zszywacz (4), rolka napędowa oraz rolka z enkoderem, przy czym stół ruchomy (5) zamontowany jest w centralnej części ramy. W przedniej części ramy znajduje się kolumna z nawijakiem (2), a zszywacz (4) mocowany jest z lewej strony stołu (5) tak, że część wbijająca uszczelki umieszczona jest korzystnie na wysokości środka talerza, a korzystnie równolegle do siłownika zamontowany jest chwytak prowadzący (1) uszczelki, przy czym zamontowany jest on w taki sposób, że przy maksymalnym wysunięciu siłownika łapki chwytne znajdują się w środku talerza, natomiast korzystnie prostopadle do chwytaka prowadzącego (1) uszczelki, w prawym dolnym rogu stołu ruchomego (5), zamontowany jest nóż (3), na którym równolegle do chwytaka (1) zamontowany jest siłownik zrzucający uszczelki, przy czym przy maksymalnym wysunięciu siłownika, łapka zrzucająca nie wystaje poza urządzenie. Między chwytakiem (2), a nożem (3) zamontowane są dwie rolki, napędowa oraz enkoderowa, przy czym rolka napędowa znajduje się korzystnie bliżej przodu stołu (5), natomiast enkoderowa umieszczona jest bliżej środka stołu (5).The device, especially for winding gaskets and tapes, is characterized by the fact that it consists of a base in the form of a movable table (5), on which are mounted: a seal guide gripper (1), a seal winder (2) with a winding gripper mounted, a knife ( 3), preferably with a pneumatic cylinder and clamp mounted, stapler (4), drive roller and roller with encoder, the movable table (5) being mounted in the central part of the frame. In the front part of the frame there is a column with a winder (2), and the stapler (4) is mounted on the left side of the table (5) so that the driving part of the gasket is located preferably at the height of the center of the plate, and preferably a guide gripper is mounted parallel to the cylinder (1) seals, where it is mounted in such a way that when the cylinder is fully extended, the gripping clamps are in the center of the plate, but preferably perpendicular to the guide gripper (1) of the seal, in the lower right corner of the movable table (5) knife (3), on which parallel to the gripper (1) is mounted a cylinder for throwing seals, with the maximum extension of the cylinder, the throwing clamp does not protrude beyond the device. Between the gripper (2) and the knife (3) are mounted two rollers, drive and encoder, with the drive roller preferably located closer to the front of the table (5), while the encoder is located closer to the center of the table (5).
