Abstract

Sposób przeróbki wysokociśnieniowej w próżni węgla kamiennego i jego pochodnych, polega na tym, że węgiel kamienny poddaje się wstępnie kruszeniu w celu uzyskania rozdrobnionej nadawy, stanowiącej wsad produkcyjny do przeróbki, zwłaszcza jego pochodne produkcyjne, takie jak: miał, muł osadnikowy, muł poflotacyjny o średnicy uzyskanego ziarna w przedziale 0-1 mm dla co najmniej 65% masy nadawy, następnie zmienia się strukturę wewnętrzną nadawy, wprowadzając nadawę węglową do komory ekstrudacyjnej w warunkach istniejącej tam próżni o ciśnieniu co najmniej 20 barów, i poddaje się procesowi mechanicznego ściskania, połączonego z ruchem obrotowo - posuwistym w komorze ekstrudacyjnej w czasie co najmniej 300 sekund, gdzie w efekcie procesu ściskania, ziarna się przenikają, ich struktura podlega rozerwaniu, powietrze i przestrzeń między ziarnami ulega całkowitej redukcji, po czym przesuwaną i sprasowaną nadawę tłoczy się przez wylotnik, którego dysza zewnętrzna ma kształt owalny lub wielokąta o średnicach od 5 do 500 mm i długości wychodzącego zeń peletu od 10 do 500 mm.The method of high-pressure processing in a vacuum of hard coal and its derivatives consists in the fact that hard coal is initially crushed to obtain a finely divided feed, which is the production input for processing, especially its production derivatives, such as fine coal, settling silt, flotation mud diameter of the obtained grain in the range of 0-1 mm for at least 65% of the feed mass, then the internal structure of the feed is changed, introducing the coal feed into the extrusion chamber under the existing vacuum with a pressure of at least 20 bar, and subjected to a mechanical compression process, combined with rotational-sliding movement in the extrusion chamber for at least 300 seconds, where as a result of the compression process, the grains penetrate, their structure is broken, the air and space between the grains is completely reduced, after which the feed and pressed feed is pressed through the outlet, which d the outer neck has an oval or polygonal shape with diameters from 5 to 500 mm and a length of pellet coming out from it from 10 to 500 mm.
