Abstract

Wynalazek rozwiązuje zagadnienie układu napędu synchronicznego z silnikiem asynchronicznym pierścieniowym, znajdującego zastosowanie głównie w napędach pojazdów elektrycznych i maszyn rolniczych oraz innych. Uzwojenia stojana (1) włączone są w szereg z wejściem zasilającym prądu stałego ze źródła w obwód zasilającego prądu stałego falownika (FAL PWM), którego wyjście (Wy) jest połączone z uzwojeniem wirnika (3) pierścieniowego silnika (M). Falownik (FAL PWM) jest połączony ze sterującym układem (US), dającym niezależną regulację częstotliwości i amplitudy fal prądowych, zasilających pierścieniowy silnik (M) eliminując potrzebę stosowania czujnika położenia wirnika (3) pierścieniowego silnika (M) w stosunku do stojana (1). Emitowane na wyjściu (Wy) falownika (FAL PWM) trójfazowe sinusoidalne fale prądowe o niezależnie regulowanej amplitudzie i częstotliwości są przenoszone na uzwojenie (2) wirnika (3) pierścieniowego silnika (M).The invention solves the problem of a synchronous drive system with an asynchronous ring motor, which is mainly used in the drive of electric vehicles and agricultural machines and others. The stator windings (1) are connected in series with the DC power input from the source into the inverter DC power supply circuit (FAL PWM), whose output (Wy) is connected to the rotor winding (3) of the ring motor (M). The inverter (FAL PWM) is connected to the control system (US), which gives independent regulation of the frequency and amplitude of the current waves supplying the ring motor (M) eliminating the need for a rotor position sensor (3) of the ring motor (M) in relation to the stator (1) . Three-phase sinusoidal current waves with independently controlled amplitude and frequency are emitted at the output (output) of the inverter (FAL PWM) to the winding (2) of the rotor (3) of the ring motor (M).
