Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest samonośny panel termiczny, przeznaczony do ogrzewania lub chłodzenia pomieszczeń. Samonośny panel termiczny posiadający korpus wykonany z dwóch metalowych płyt, rozmieszczonych naprzeciw siebie i połączonych ze sobą tak, że między tymi płytami jest utworzona przestrzeń dla przepływu ciekłego czynnika grzewczego lub chłodzącego, doprowadzanego i odprowadzanego rozmieszczonymi przeciwległe do siebie kolektorami, posiadającymi przyłącza hydrauliczne, najmniej jedna z metalowych płyt posiada przynajmniej jedno zagłębienie, skierowane w kierunku wnętrza panelu (1) oraz wypukłości (10) o kształcie wydłużonego owalu, rozmieszczone wzdłuż bocznych krawędzi panelu, stanowiące kolektory (11, 12), doprowadzające i odprowadzające ciekły czynnik grzewczy lub chłodzący, nadto co najmniej jedna z metalowych płyt posiada w pobliżu swoich bocznych krawędzi przetłoczenia, tworzące rowek (14) dla uszczelki lub masy uszczelniającej, przy czym boczne krawędzie płyt są zagięte prostopadle do góry i połączone ze sobą przetłoczonymi zakleszczeniami lub nitami.The subject of the invention is a self-supporting thermal panel intended for heating or cooling rooms. A self-supporting thermal panel with a body made of two metal plates, placed opposite each other and connected to each other so that a space is created between these plates for the flow of a liquid heating or cooling medium, supplied and discharged through collectors arranged opposite each other, with hydraulic connections, at least one made of metal plates, it has at least one recess directed towards the interior of the panel (1) and protrusions (10) in the shape of an elongated oval, arranged along the side edges of the panel, constituting collectors (11, 12), supplying and discharging the liquid heating or cooling medium, and at least one of the metal plates has embossing near its side edges, forming a groove (14) for the gasket or sealing compound, the side edges of the plates being bent perpendicularly upwards and connected to each other by embossed clamps or rivets.
