Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest samonośny panel termiczny, przeznaczony do ogrzewania lub chłodzenia pomieszczeń. Samonośny panel termiczny posiadający korpus wykonany z dwóch metalowych płyt, rozmieszczonych naprzeciw siebie i połączonych ze sobą tak, że między tymi płytami jest utworzona przestrzeń dla przepływu ciekłego czynnika grzewczego lub chłodzącego, doprowadzanego i odprowadzanego rozmieszczonymi przeciwległe do siebie kolektorami, posiadającymi przyłącza hydrauliczne, najmniej jedna z metalowych płyt posiada przynajmniej jedno zagłębienie, skierowane w kierunku wnętrza panelu (1) oraz wypukłości (10) o kształcie wydłużonego owalu, rozmieszczone wzdłuż bocznych krawędzi panelu, stanowiące kolektory (11, 12), doprowadzające i odprowadzające ciekły czynnik grzewczy lub chłodzący, nadto co najmniej jedna z metalowych płyt posiada w pobliżu swoich bocznych krawędzi przetłoczenia, tworzące rowek (14) dla uszczelki lub masy uszczelniającej, przy czym boczne krawędzie płyt są zagięte prostopadle do góry i połączone ze sobą przetłoczonymi zakleszczeniami lub nitami.The subject of the invention is a self-supporting thermal panel intended for heating or cooling rooms.
