Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania elastomerów poliuretanowych charakteryzuje się tym, że bis(metylowęglan)alkilenu i/albo bis(etylowęglan)alkilenu i/albo oligo(węglan alkilenu) poddaje się reakcji polikondensacji z co najmniej jednym estrem kwasu tereftalowego lub izoftalowego oraz z co najmniej jednym ,?,?-diolem użytym w 1,5-4-krotnym nadmiarze w stosunku do pozostałych składników, w obecności katalizatora estryfikacji, przy czym reakcję polikondensacji prowadzi się najpierw w przepływie gazu obojętnego, pod normalnym ciśnieniem, w temperaturze 150-180°C, a następnie pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem, po czym otrzymany diol oligo(estro-węglanowy) poddaje się reakcji z diizocyjanianem, w temperaturze 75-85°C, w atmosferze gazu obojętnego, a następnie poddaje się procesowi przedłużaniu łańcucha przy użyciu pary wodnej.The method for producing polyurethane elastomers is characterized in that the alkylene bis (methyl carbonate) and / or alkylene bis (ethyl carbonate) and / or oligo (alkylene carbonate) is subjected to a polycondensation reaction with at least one terephthalic or isophthalic acid ester and with at least one, ,? - diol used in a 1.5-4-fold excess in relation to the other components in the presence of an esterification catalyst, the polycondensation reaction being carried out first in an inert gas flow, under normal pressure, at a temperature of 150-180 ° C, and then under reduced pressure, after which the oligo (ester carbonate) diol obtained is reacted with diisocyanate at a temperature of 75-85 ° C under an inert gas atmosphere and then subjected to a chain extension process using steam.
