Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest detektor wodoru, obejmujący element aktywny, źródło światła i fotodetektor, charakteryzujący się tym, że element aktywny zawiera transparentne podłoże (2), z naniesioną z jednej strony warstwą europu (3) przykrytą warstwą palladu (1), natomiast z drugiej strony podłoża (2) znajduje się źródło światła (4) i fotodetektor (6), przedzielone nietransparentną przegrodą (5), przy czym element aktywny (1-3), źródło światła (4), fotodetektor (6) i nietransparentną przegroda (5) są tak skonfigurowane, że tor wiązki światła emitowanej przez źródło światła (4) przebiega kolejno przez transparentne podłoże (2), warstwę europu (3) i warstwę palladu (1), zaś bezpośrednie oświetlenie fotodetektora (6) przez źródło światła (5) jest niemożliwe.The subject of the invention is a hydrogen detector, comprising an active element, a light source and a photodetector, characterized in that the active element comprises a transparent substrate (2) with a layer of europium (3) covered with a layer of palladium (1) on the other ground (2) there is a light source (4) and a photo detector (6), separated by a non-transparent partition (5), the active element (1-3), a light source (4), a photo detector (6) and a non-transparent partition (5) are configured so that the path of the light beam emitted by the light source (4) runs successively through the transparent substrate (2), the europium layer (3) and the palladium layer (1), and the direct illumination of the photodetector (6) through the light source (5) impossible.
