Abstract
Typoszereg obudowy stalowej jako element obudowy zespolonej stalowo-betonowej, zwłaszcza do głębienia szybów rozmieszczony na obwodzie wokół wyrobiska szybowego składający się z elementów pierścieni stalowych stanowi zestaw segmentów pierścieni stalowych przekroju skrzynkowego tworzących wielokąt foremny korzystnie osiemnastokąt umieszczonych poziomo wokół wyrobiska składający się z 18 segmentów montażowych, w tym z segmentów zamykających podzielonych dodatkowo na trzy części prawy, lewy i środkowy zawierający blachy czołowe usytuowane równolegle do siebie i otwór na rurę wlewową (6), którą wprowadzana jest mieszanka betonowa pomiędzy ocios a typoszereg obudowy oraz wypełniająca wnętrze zespolonych elementów stalowych i tworząca jednocześnie zewnętrzną warstwę betonową wzdłuż całej obudowy, przy czym każdy z tych segmentów (1) jest wyposażony wewnątrz w płaskie użebrowania ukośne (16) i pionowe (14), połączony rozłącznie między sobą oraz z bezpośrednio wyżej zabudowanymi panelami żelbetowymi lub pierścieniami stalowymi poprzez otwory (23) śrubami mocującymi (3), a wzdłuż każdego pionowego styku sąsiednich segmentów pierścienia stalowego tworzy się kieszeń, której wnętrze (21) wypełniane spoiwem ograniczone jest prętami stalowymi (22) połączonymi z blachami czołowymi (18) sąsiadujących segmentów. Wokół wnętrza otworów (23) górnego i dolnego pierścienia umieszczone są podkładki (13), do których dłuższych boków równolegle przymocowane są pionowe żebra (14) Boki każdego z pierścieni stalowych połączone są dodatkową blachą płaszcza wewnętrznego (15), do której przymocowane jest płaskie użebrowanie ukośne (16).The steel housing series as an element of a steel-concrete composite housing, especially for sinking shafts located around the perimeter around the shaft excavation, consisting of elements of steel rings, is a set of steel rings of a box section forming a regular polygon, preferably an eighteen-sided horizontally placed around the excavation, consisting of 18 assembly segments, including the closing segments additionally divided into three parts: right, left and center, containing front plates located parallel to each other and a hole for the filler pipe (6), through which a concrete mix is introduced between the walls and the housing series, as well as filling the interior of composite steel elements and creating simultaneously an outer concrete layer along the entire housing, each of these segments (1) is equipped with flat oblique (16) and vertical ribs (14), detachably connected between each other and directly above reinforced concrete panels or steel rings through holes (23) with mounting screws (3), and along each vertical contact of adjacent segments of the steel ring a pocket is formed, whose interior (21) filled with binder is limited by steel bars (22) connected to the end plates (18) of adjacent segments. Around the inside of the holes (23) of the upper and lower rings are placed washers (13), to which the long sides are parallelly attached vertical ribs (14) The sides of each of the steel rings are connected by an additional sheet of the inner jacket (15) to which flat ribs are attached diagonal (16).
