Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób oraz urządzenie do rozpoznawania rodzajowo-materiałowego przestrzennie ukształtowanych obiektów, zwłaszcza obiektów odpadowych wykonanych z tworzyw sztucznych, w szczególności do rozpoznawania grup materiałów takich, jak tworzywa sztuczne, szkło, metal, tektura lub drewno oraz rodzaju tworzyw sztucznych pod względem rodzaju wykorzystanego polimeru, kopolimeru i dodatków, a także do potwierdzania, jakości materiałów, z jakich obiekty zostały wykonane, oparty na analizie sygnału akustycznego wydobytego z obiektów na skutek ich uderzenia w sztywną przeszkodę. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także urządzenie do rozpoznawania rodzajowo-materiałowego przestrzennie ukształtowanych obiektów, składające się z komory (K), sztywnej przeszkody (PR), podajnika pojedynczego podawania (P) i układu do wprowadzania obiektów w ruch (WZ), układu opróżniania (OP) komory (K) oraz urządzenia sortującego (SO), co najmniej jednego przetwornika elektroakustycznego (1), układu rejestracji sygnału akustycznego (2) oraz jednostki przetwarzania danych (3) z zainstalowanym modelem uzyskanym na podstawie uderzeń ciała sztywnego w obiekty, korzystnie z zastosowaniem klasyfikacji statystycznej sygnałów.The subject of the invention is a method and device for recognizing the type and material of spatially shaped objects, especially waste objects made of plastics, in particular for recognizing groups of materials such as plastics, glass, metal, cardboard or wood and the type of plastics in terms of the type used polymer, copolymer and additives, as well as to confirm the quality of the materials from which the objects were made, based on the analysis of the acoustic signal extracted from the objects as a result of their impact on a rigid obstacle. The subject of the invention is also a device for the recognition of generic-material spatially shaped objects, consisting of a chamber (K), a rigid obstacle (PR), a single feed feeder (P) and a system for putting objects into motion (WZ), an emptying system (OP) chamber (K) and sorting device (SO), at least one electroacoustic transducer (1), acoustic signal recording system (2) and data processing unit (3) with an installed model obtained on the basis of rigid body impact on objects, preferably using classification statistical signals.
