Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania bisfenolu A, który otrzymuje się w reakcji kondensacji fenolu z acetonem wobec kwaśnej żywicy jonowymiennej, w której część grup sulfonowych została zobojętniona 2,2-dimetylo-1,3-tiazolidyną lub cysteaminą, w jednym reaktorze podzielonym na trzy strefy reakcyjne przez dysze szczelinowo-filtracyjne. Następnie z otrzymanej mieszaniny poreakcyjnej wydziela się bisfenol A przez jedno lub dwustopniową krystalizację suspensyjną, rozkład adduktu i oddestylowanie fenolu. Sposób eksploatacji reaktora zmienia się po 1-6 miesiącach oraz po kolejnych 2-9 miesiącach wraz z postępującą dezaktywacją katalizatora.The subject of the invention is a process for the preparation of bisphenol A, which is obtained by condensation reaction of phenol with acetone against an acid ion exchange resin in which part of the sulfone groups has been neutralized with 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-thiazolidine or cysteamine in one reactor divided into three zones reaction through slot-filtration nozzles. Then, bisphenol A is separated from the obtained reaction mixture by one or two-stage suspension crystallization, adduct degradation and phenol distillation. The method of reactor operation changes after 1-6 months and after another 2-9 months with the progressing deactivation of the catalyst.
