Wynalazek dotyczy wykorzystania markerów genetycznych wykazujących zróżnicowanie transkrypcyjne ze względu na pochodzenie etniczne z populacji kaukaskiej i azjatyckiej w sposobach identyfikacji ludzkiego materiału biologicznego i rozdziału komórek ludzkich zwłaszcza ich mieszanin oraz ich zastosowaniach, szczególnie w kryminalistyce.The invention relates to the use of genetic markers exhibiting transcriptional diversity due to ethnicity from the Caucasian and Asian populations in methods of identifying human biological material and separation of human cells, especially mixtures thereof, and their applications, especially in forensics.
