Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytu polimerowego, zawierającego modyfikowane nanorurki węglowe polegający na tym, że do dyspersji nanorurek w heptanie dodaje się diaminobenzenu do uzyskania pH roztworu 9, do roztworu dodaje się chlorowcowane związki krzemu z dołączonymi układami węglowodorowymi, miesza się na mieszadle magnetycznym, uzyskany preparat rozpuszcza się w rozpuszczalniku niepolarnym, obojętny chemicznie silikon rozpuszcza się w rozpuszczalniku niepolarnym, miesza się rozpuszczony obojętny chemicznie silikon z rozpuszczonym preparatem zawierającym nanorurki węglowe, przy czym nanorurki węglowe mają długość 20 do 120 nm przy średnicy od 5 do 15 nm. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również kompozyt polimerowy zawierający modyfikowane nanorurki węglowe oraz jego zastosowanie do produkcji mat grzewczych.The subject of the invention is a method for producing a polymer composite containing modified carbon nanotubes, consisting of adding diaminobenzene to the dispersion of nanotubes in heptane to obtain a solution pH of 9, halogenated silicon compounds with attached hydrocarbon systems are added to the solution, mixed on a magnetic stirrer, obtained the formulation dissolves in a non-polar solvent, the chemically inert silicone dissolves in a non-polar solvent, the dissolved chemically inert silicone is mixed with the dissolved formulation containing carbon nanotubes, the carbon nanotubes having a length of 20 to 120 nm with a diameter of 5 to 15 nm.
