Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania materiału rolniczego celulozowo-elastomerowego, przeznaczonego zwłaszcza do ściółkowania gleby, pokrywania tuneli, do bezpośredniej osłony roślin polega na tym, że tkaninę bawełnianą pokrywa się mieszanką lateksową zawierającą karboksylowany lateks butadienowo-styrenowy, hydrolizat enzymatyczny keratyny sierści bydlęcej lub jego addukt ze stearyną techniczną oraz żelatynę, po czym powleczoną tkaninę suszy się w temperaturze 50°C w czasie 30 minut i poddaje sieciowaniu w temperaturze 150°C w czasie 1 godziny. Do pokrywania tkaniny mieszanką lateksową stosuje się wałek malarski lub powlekarkę. Uzyskany materiał charakteryzuje się dobrymi właściwościami wytrzymałościowymi, wydłużeniem przy zerwaniu i twardością, nadto przepuszcza wodę, co ułatwia podlewanie upraw. Podczas użytkowania, hydrolizat keratyny lub jego addukt może być powoli wymywany wodą i stanowi dodatkowe pożywienie dla uprawianych roślin.The method of producing cellulose-elastomeric agricultural material, intended especially for mulching the soil, covering tunnels, for direct covering of plants consists in the fact that the cotton fabric is covered with a latex mixture containing carboxylated styrene butadiene latex, enzymatic hydrolyzate of bovine hair keratin or its adduct with technical stearin and gelatin, after which the coated fabric is dried at 50 ° C for 30 minutes and crosslinked at 150 ° C for 1 hour. A paint roller or spreader is used to coat the fabric with a latex mix. The obtained material is characterized by good strength properties, elongation at break and hardness, it is also water permeable, which makes watering crops easier. During use, keratin hydrolyzate or its adduct can be washed away slowly with water and provides additional food for cultivated plants.
