Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania koncentratu nieorganicznego o wysokiej zawartości cynku, gdzie jako substratu używa się stały produkt pirolizy opon samochodowych. Rozdrobniony surowiec jest spalany metodą ciągłą lub okresową w piecu przystosowanym do danego typu spalania, wobec stechiometrycznego nadmiaru tlenu, korzystnie w temperaturze powyżej 800o C. Powstające ciepło jest odbierane do dalszego wykorzystania. Surowiec jest spalany samodzielnie bez palnych dodatków wolnych od cynku, a popiół otrzymany po spaleniu surowca jest zbierany jako koncentrat cynku i wykorzystywany do dalszego przerobu.The subject of the invention is a method of obtaining an inorganic concentrate with a high content of zinc, where a solid product of pyrolysis of car tires is used as a substrate. The comminuted raw material is burned by a continuous or batch method in an oven adapted to the type of combustion, in the presence of stoichiometric excess of oxygen, preferably at a temperature above 800o C. The resulting heat is collected for further use. The raw material is burned on its own without flammable additives free of zinc, and the ash obtained after burning the raw material is collected as a zinc concentrate and used for further processing.
