Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy szalunku, szczególnie do emulgatu popiołowo-wodnego, z elastycznymi zbiornikami wypełnionymi sprężonym powietrzem. Szalunek składa się z poduszki pneumatycznej (1), umieszczonej na podłożu (2) oraz z umieszczonej w pewnej odległości (a) od niej zewnętrznej poduszki pneumatycznej (5). Poduszki pneumatyczne (1, 5) połączone są ze sobą za pomocą cięgien (6). Do poduszki pneumatycznej (5) podłączony jest przewód (7) z zaworem odcinającym (8) i zaworem spustowym (9) oraz przewód (11) z zaworem odcinającym (12). Przewody (7, 11) połączone są ze sprężarką (10). Boczne powierzchnie poduszek pneumatycznych (1, 5) opierają się o boczne ściany komory (14). Przestrzeń o szerokości (a) między poduszkami pneumatycznymi oraz bocznymi ścianami komory wypełniona jest emulgatem popiołowo-wodnym (15) do wysokości (h). Szalunek może być również wykonany w postaci dwóch cylindrycznych (rurowych) poduszek pneumatycznych (1, 5), umieszczonych jedna wewnątrz drugiej, przy czym poduszki pneumatyczne (1, 5) są odsunięte od siebie o pewną odległość (a) i połączone są ze sobą cięgnami (6), a przestrzeń między poduszkami pneumatycznymi (1, 5) wypełniona jest emulgatem popiołowo-wodnym (15) do wysokości (h). Szalunek pneumatyczny nadaje się szczególnie do wypełnianiom nieczynnych wyrobisk w podziemiach kopalń przy wykorzystaniu technologii emulgatu popiołowo-wodnego.The invention relates to formwork, especially for ash-water emulsifier, with flexible tanks filled with compressed air. The formwork consists of a pneumatic cushion (1) placed on the ground (2) and an external pneumatic cushion (5) located at a distance (a) from it. Pneumatic cushions (1, 5) are connected with each other by means of tie rods (6). A hose (7) with a shut-off valve (8) and a drain valve (9) and a hose (11) with a shut-off valve (12) are connected to the air cushion (5). The pipes (7, 11) are connected to the compressor (10). The lateral surfaces of the airbags (1, 5) rest on the side walls of the chamber (14). The space (a) between the air cushions and the side walls of the chamber is filled with ash and water emulsifier (15) up to the height (h). The formwork can also be made in the form of two cylindrical (tubular) pneumatic cushions (1, 5), placed one inside the other, while the pneumatic cushions (1, 5) are spaced apart by a certain distance (a) and are connected with each other by tie rods (6), and the space between the pneumatic cushions (1, 5) is filled with ash-water emulsifier (15) up to the height (h). The pneumatic formwork is particularly suitable for filling closed excavations in mine undergrounds using the ash-water emulsifier technology.
