Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób ustawiania wieńca koła ślimakowego podczas kształtowania zębów przy użyciu narzędzia krążkowego, przy czym kształtowane koła ślimakowe mają zastosowanie w przekładniach ślimakowych, współpracujących ze ślimakiem jedno lub dwuskokowych. Sposób ustawiania wieńca koła ślimakowego podczas kształtowania zębów przy użyciu narzędzia krążkowego polega na tym, że koło ślimakowe (6) z wieńcem (2) i dokładnymi otworami technologicznymi mocuje się na tarczy (1) stołu obrotowego (4), następnie na tarczy (1) stołu obrotowego (4) mocuje się kołki (3) do ustalania dokładnego położenia kątowego wieńca (2) koła ślimakowego (6), po czym następuje pierwsze przejście robocze narzędzia krążkowego z płytką rombową o kącie wierzchołkowym 35°. Further after loosening the screw fastening, the worm wheel (6) rotates 180 degrees around its vertical axis, and the rim (2) of the worm wheel (6) is accurately positioned again angularly with pins (3), and then the rim (2) of the worm wheel (6) 6) is immobilized, followed by a second working transition of the disk tool with a rhombic plate until the correct contour of the other side of the tooth is obtained.
