Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zespół sterujący przepływem zraszającego medium, który przeznaczony jest do zraszania źródeł zapylenia na kopalnianych drogach transportowych. Zespół wyposażony jest w układ hydrauliczny z usytuowanym na drodze przepływu medium zraszającego zaworem sterującym oraz w element obrotowy przenoszący napęd z przenośnika na pompkę sterującą przepływem czynnika zraszającego. Rozwiązanie charakteryzuje się tym, że przed zaworem sterującym (7), otwierającym i zamykającym przepływ medium do zraszających urządzeń (9) ma włączoną do obiegu medium zraszającego pompkę (3), za pośrednictwem dopływowego przewodu (5), a na wyjściu z pompki (3) ma wypływowy przewód (6), który tłoczy medium zraszające z pompki (3) do sterującego zaworu (7). Pompka (3), jak i zraszające urządzenia (9) zasilane są tym samym zraszającym medium, dostarczanym z zasilającej sieci (4). The solution is characterized by the fact that in front of the control valve (7), opening and closing the flow of the medium to the spraying devices (9), there is a pump (3) connected to the spraying medium, via the inflow pipe (5), and at the outlet from the pump (3) ) has an outflow line (6) which pumps the spray medium from the pump (3) to the control valve (7). The pump (3) as well as the spraying devices (9) are powered by the same spraying medium supplied from the mains supply (4). The inlet pipe (5) and the outflow pipe (6) are connected by a bypass pipe (11), in which the safety valve (12) is installed.
