Abstract

The diameter of the obtained granules ranges from 0.5 to 15 mm, while the diameter of the pre-compacted bulk material (1) ranges from 1 to 30 mm. Moreover, in order to improve the formation of granules, a cutting element (6) is placed on the inside of the serrated rollers (2), which is attached to the housing body (4). The device is additionally equipped with a chamber (7) with an adjustable humidity level, by dispersing water or steam, in order to initially plasticize the bulk material (1) and thus bind it better.
