Abstract
Urządzenie do zagęszczania materiałów (1) sypkich składa się z walców (2) ząbkowanych, które zawierają otwory (3), zazębiają się wzajemnie i są ułożyskowane w korpusie obudowy (4). Ponadto w celu lepszego formowania się granulek od wewnętrznej strony walców ząbkowanych (2) umieszczony jest element (6) tnący, który przymocowany jest do korpusu obudowy (4). Urządzenie dodatkowo wyposażone jest w komorę (7) o regulowanym poziomie wilgotności, poprzez rozpraszanie wody lub pary wodnej, w celu wstępnego uplastycznienia materiału sypkiego (1) i tym samym lepszego jego wiązania.The device for compacting bulk materials (1) consists of serrated rollers (2), which contain holes (3), engage each other and are mounted in the housing body (4). The holes (3), ensuring effective compaction of bulk materials (1), are two-stage, so that their main inner part has the diameter of the obtained granules (5), while the outer part of the holes (2) has the diameter of the initially compacted bulk material (1). The diameter of the obtained granules ranges from 0.5 to 15 mm, while the diameter of the pre-compacted bulk material (1) ranges from 1 to 30 mm. Moreover, in order to improve the formation of granules, a cutting element (6) is placed on the inside of the serrated rollers (2), which is attached to the housing body (4). The device is additionally equipped with a chamber (7) with an adjustable humidity level, by dispersing water or steam, in order to initially plasticize the bulk material (1) and thus bind it better.
