Abstract
Inhibitor korozji do ochrony urządzeń wydobywczych, rurociągów transportujących ropę naftową i zbiorników na ropę naftową, zawiera: - składnik a) w ilości od 0,155 do 85% masowych, powstały w wyniku przeprowadzonych procesów: A) - zneutralizowanie od 0,1 do 50% masowych nowej mieszaniny zmodyfikowanych pochodnych imidazoliny, o wzorach ogólnych (1) i (2), będącej produktem kondensacji dietylenotriaminy z kwasami tłuszczowymi zawierającymi od 12 do 22 atomów węgla w cząsteczce i alifatycznymi kwasami dikarboksylowymi zawierającymi od 2 do 12, z ewentualnym dodatkiem 0,05 do 20% masowych znanego produktu kondensacji dietylenotriaminy z kwasami tłuszczowymi zawierającymi od 12 do 24 atomów węgla w cząsteczce, wytworzonego znanym sposobem w temperaturze 180 - 280oC, o wzorze ogólnym (1'), alifatycznym i/lub aromatycznym kwasem monokarboksylowym zawierającym od l do 7 atomów węgla w cząsteczce, użytym w ilości od 0,025 do 25% masowych, przy zachowaniu stosunku masowego mieszaniny związków o wzorach ogólnych (1), (2) i ewentualnie (1') do kwasu monokarboksylowego 1: 0,15 - 0,70, z wytworzeniem produktu przejściowego, będącego mieszaniną związków o wzorach ogólnych (5) , (6) i ewentualnie (5') oraz mieszaniną niezneutralizowanych związków o wzorach ogólnych (1), (2) i ewentualnie (1') i B) - poddanie uzyskanego produktu przejściowego, będącego mieszaniną związków o wzorach ogólnych (5), (6) i ewentualnie (5') oraz mieszaniną niezneutralizowanych związków o wzorach ogólnych (1), (2) i ewentualnie (l'), działaniu kwasów tłuszczowych zawierających od 12 do 22 atomów węgla w cząsteczce, użytych w ilości od 0,03 do 10% masowych, i/lub polimerów kwasów tłuszczowych zawierających od 18 do 54 atomów węgla w cząsteczce, użytych w ilości od 0,03 do 10 % masowych, przy zachowaniu stosunku masowego całkowitej masy mieszaniny użytych w procesie związków o wzorach ogólnych (1), (2) i ewentualnie (1') do kwasu tłuszczowego i/lub polimerów wynoszącego 1: 0,02 - 0,5, z uzyskaniem produktu zawierającego mieszaninę związków o wzorach ogólnych (7), (8) i ewentualnie (7'), przy czym po zakończeniu procesu B) składnik a) ma pH = 6,5 - 7,5 i zawiera produkt będący mieszaniną związków o wzorach (5), (6) i ewentualnie (5') oraz produkt będący mieszaniną związków o wzorach (7), (8) i ewentualnie (7'); -składnik b), którym są oksyetylenowane aminy tłuszczowe zawierające od H do 22 atomów węgla w cząsteczce i od 2 do 22, korzystnie od 5 do 15 grup etoksylowych w cząsteczce, w ilości od 0,01 do 20% masowych; -ewentualnie składnik c), którym są poliole alifatyczne, w ilości od 0,1 do 50% masowych; -składnik d), którym są alkohole alifatyczne zawierające od l do 6 atomów węgla w cząsteczce, ewentualnie z dodatkiem wody, w ilości od 15,0 do 99,6% masowych; oraz ewentualnie składnik e), którym jest środek przeciwpienny w ilości od 0,01 do 2% masowych.Corrosion inhibitor for the protection of mining equipment, crude oil pipelines and crude oil tanks, contains: - component a) in an amount from 0.155 to 85% by mass, resulting from the processes carried out: A) - neutralization from 0.1 to 50% by mass a new mixture of modified imidazoline derivatives, of general formulas (1) and (2), being the product of the condensation of diethylenetriamine with fatty acids containing from 12 to 22 carbon atoms in the molecule and aliphatic dicarboxylic acids containing from 2 to 12, with the possible addition of 0.05 to 20% by mass of a known condensation product of diethylenetriamine with fatty acids containing from 12 to 24 carbon atoms per molecule, prepared by a known method at a temperature of 180 - 280°C, of the general formula (1'), an aliphatic and/or aromatic monocarboxylic acid containing from 1 to 7 atoms carbon in the molecule, used in an amount from 0.025 to 25% by mass, while maintaining the mass ratio of the mixture of compounds of general formulas (1), (2) and optionally (1') to the monocarboxylic acid 1: 0.15 - 0.70, with preparation of an intermediate product, which is a mixture of compounds of general formulas (5), (6) and optionally (5') and a mixture of unneutralized compounds of general formulas (1), (2) and optionally (1') and B) - subjecting the obtained product transitional, being a mixture of compounds of general formulas (5), (6) and optionally (5') and a mixture of non-neutralized compounds of general formulas (1), (2) and optionally (l'), action of fatty acids containing from 12 to 22 carbon atoms in the molecule, used in an amount of from 0.03 to 10% by mass, and/or fatty acid polymers containing from 18 to 54 carbon atoms in the molecule, used in an amount of from 0.03 to 10% by mass, maintaining the mass ratio of the total the mass of the mixture of compounds of general formulas (1), (2) and optionally (1') used in the process into fatty acid and/or polymers amounting to 1: 0.02 - 0.5, obtaining a product containing a mixture of compounds of general formulas ( 7), (8) and optionally (7'), where after the process B) is completed, component a) has pH = 6.5 - 7.5 and contains a product that is a mixture of compounds with formulas (5), (6) and optionally (5') and a product which is a mixture of compounds of formulas (7), (8) and optionally (7'); - component b), which are ethoxylated fatty amines containing from H to 22 carbon atoms in the molecule and from 2 to 22, preferably from 5 to 15 ethoxy groups in the molecule, in an amount from 0.01 to 20% by mass; - optionally component c), which are aliphatic polyols, in an amount from 0.1 to 50% by mass; - component d), which are aliphatic alcohols containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms per molecule, optionally with the addition of water, in an amount from 15.0 to 99.6% by mass; and optionally component e), which is an antifoam agent in an amount of 0.01 to 2% by mass.
