Sposób jednoczesnego otrzymywania 4-metoksydihydrochalkonu, o wzorze 2 i 3-(4-metoksyfenylo)-1-fenylopropan-1-olu o wzorze 3, na drodze transformacji mikrobiologicznej, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jako substrat stosuje sie 4-metoksychalkon. Wiazanie podwójne substratu redukuje sie przy pomocy systemu enzymatycznego szczepu drozdzy z rodzaju Rhodotorula. Otrzymane zwiazki moga znalezc zastosowanie do produkcji niskokalorycznych srodków slodzacych oraz w przemysle farmaceutycznym do wytwarzania substratów w syntezie zwiazków flawonoidowych.The process for the simultaneous preparation of 4-methoxydihydrochalcone of formula 2 and 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenylpropan-1-ol by microbial transformation is characterized in that 4-methoxychalcone is used as a substrate. The double bond of the substrate is reduced using the enzyme system of a yeast strain of the genus Rhodotorula. The obtained compounds can be used for the production of low-calorie sweeteners and in the pharmaceutical industry for the production of substrates in the synthesis of flavonoid compounds.
