Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest rozwiązanie konstrukcyjne małogabarytowej, pompy krwi, o ruchu liniowym, złożonej z zewnętrznego zespołu uzwojeń stojana (15), (16) i ruchomego tłoka (2), zawierającego zastawkę (4) oraz pierścieniowy magnes (13) z metali ziem rzadkich, charakteryzujące się tym, że występuje wysterowanie prądem elektrycznym uzwojeń stojana ruchowych (16) i hamujących (15). Uzwojenia ruchowe wytwarzają pole magnetyczne oraz siłę, skierowaną poprzecznie do kierunku ruchu tłoka (2), która wypycha tłok (2) ze strefy chwilowego położenia i powoduje ruch liniowy oraz efekt magnetycznego zawieszenia tłoka wewnątrz korpusu pompy. Uzwojenia hamujące (15), umieszczone w nabiegunnikach skrajnych zapewniają wyhamowanie tłoka, przez bezkontaktowe magnetyczne odepchnięcie tłoka w położeniach nawrotu oraz odzysk energii kinetycznej tłoka.The subject of the invention is a construction solution for a small-sized, blood pump, linear motion, consisting of an external set of stator windings (15), (16) and a movable piston (2), containing a valve (4) and a rare earth magnet ring (13), characterized by the fact that there is electric control of the stator windings (16) and braking (15). Movement windings generate a magnetic field and force, directed transversely to the direction of movement of the piston (2), which pushes the piston (2) out of the momentary position zone and causes linear movement and the effect of magnetic suspension of the piston inside the pump body. The braking windings (15), located in the outer pole shoes, ensure piston braking by non-contact magnetic push of the piston in the return positions and recovery of the kinetic energy of the piston.
