Abstract

Sposób zwiększenia sprawność oraz zmniejszenia moc pompy adhezyjnej polega na tym, że odpowiednio ukształtowane rowki na tarczy lub tarczach pompy, poprzez zwiększenie powierzchni oddziaływania przepływu z tarczą pompy (1), zwiększają siły adhezyjne oraz powodują powstawanie sił ciśnieniowych, działających na powierzchniach bocznych rowków (2), w efekcie następuje znaczny wzrost wypadkowej siły, działającej na czynnik. Tarcza pompy do zwiększania sprawności oraz zmniejszania mocy pompy adhezyjnej ma rowki (2) na powierzchni tarczy lub tarcz pompy (1), które mogą mieć różne kształty o zmiennej szerokości lub/i głębokości w kierunku przepływu. Due to properly shaped grooves, adhesive and pressure forces acting on their side surfaces increase the total force acting on the pumped medium. The invention can be particularly advantageously used in pumps with low powers and low flow rates.
