Abstract
Sposób zwiększenia sprawności parametrów przepływu dla turbiny wielostopniowej z częściowym zasilaniem polega na tym, że odpowiednio ukształtowane przestrzenie pomiędzy palisadą wirnikową, a palisadą kierowniczą (1) kolejnego stopnia powodują wyrównanie parametrów czynnika na dopływie do tej palisady kierowniczej (1) i przez to zmniejszają starty w palisadzie, jej stopniu i turbinie. Komora wyrównawcza (2) parametrów przepływu dla turbiny wielostopniowej z częściowym zasilaniem może mieć różne kształty i wymiary, zwłaszcza na krańcach łuku zasilania. W jednym stopniu turbinowym można stosować kilka i to o różnej geometrii komór wyrównawczych (2), odpowiadających poszczególnym segmentom łuku zasilania. Wynalazek może być szczególnie korzystnie zastosowany w wielostopniowych turbinach parowych o małych mocach ze stopniami o częściowym zasilaniu oraz w osiowych mikroturbinach z tego typu stopniami.The way to increase the efficiency of flow parameters for a multi-stage turbine with partial power supply is that the properly shaped spaces between the rotor palisade and the steering palisade (1) of the next stage cause the equalization of the factor parameters at the inflow to this steering palisade (1) and thus reduce losses in palisade, its degree and turbine. The expansion chamber (2) of the flow parameters for a multi-stage turbine with partial supply can have various shapes and dimensions, especially at the ends of the supply arc. In one turbine stage several and different chambers geometry (2) can be used, corresponding to individual segments of the supply arc. The invention can be particularly advantageously used in low-power multi-stage steam turbines with partial feed stages and in axial micro turbines with such stages.
