W wynalazku ujawniono sposób testowania podatnosci róznych rodzajów stali na pekniecia podczas ponownego nagrzewania powiazany z GB 4675.1-84 Weldability Testing - Method of Y-groove Cracking Test i obejmujacy etapy przygotowania elementów testowych, procesu testowania oraz oceny. W porównaniu do obecnego stanu techniki wynalazek wykazuje zalete polegajaca na tym, ze umozliwia przeprowadzenie wygodnej i wiarygodnej próby oraz oceny podatnosci róznych rodzajów stali na pekniecia podczas ponownego nagrzewania. Dzieki temu sposobowi testowania mozliwe jest zapewnienie wiarygodnej podstawy wyboru optymalnej temperatury obróbki cieplnej oraz materialu do spawania ze soba róznych rodzajów stali.The invention discloses a method of testing the susceptibility of various types of steel to cracks during reheating associated with GB 4675.1-84 Weldability Testing - Method of Y-groove Cracking Test and including the stages of preparation of test elements, testing process and evaluation. Compared to the current state of the art, the invention has the advantage of enabling a convenient and reliable test and assessment of the vulnerability of various types of steel to cracking during reheating. Thanks to this method of testing, it is possible to provide a reliable basis for choosing the optimal heat treatment temperature and welding material for different types of steel.
